The warranty we provide is designed to offer complete and lasting peace of mind.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Extension of the standard warranty<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Especially in these uncertain times, we want to reassure you that <strong>YANMAR <\/strong>stands by its customers. Therefore, we are offering an extension of the standard warranty so that boaters can enjoy a long and worry-free summer season.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>What does this mean?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>YANMAR <\/strong>is extending the standard warranty period until <strong>October 1, 2020<\/strong>, for sailing yacht and motorboat engines, Kanzaki gearboxes, as well as <strong>YANMAR <\/strong>sterndrives and saildrives with <strong>warranty end dates between<\/strong> <strong>March 1, 2020, and September 30, 2020<\/strong>. The extension of the standard warranty applies only to recreational use.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Conditions<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To be eligible for this warranty extension, please register your product on the <strong>YANMAR Marine Support Portal<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Light commercial applications and charter applications are not covered by this warranty extension. The conditions of the standard warranty for recreational applications remain <strong>24 months from the date of purchase by the first buyer<\/strong>.
